- You may NOT transport a rider with a spare tire.
- If you are unable to have your tire repaired/replaced and still be on-time, please call the UZURV Driver Support Line via the UZURV360 app
- UZURV may require that you cancel the reservation so that another driver can be assigned in order to ensure on-time pickup.
If you are currently on an active trip:
- You may NOT transport a rider with a spare tire.
