What do I do if my vehicle is damaged/disabled off-app?

Please e-mail support@uzurv.com explaining the situation with your vehicle.

Reminders:

  • You can only transport a rider with the vehicle that is approved in your UZURV360 App.
  • UZURV does NOT currently support multiple vehicles for a driver.
  • You may NOT transport a rider with a spare tire.
  • All vehicles must meet UZURV General Vehicle Requirements and Program Vehicle Requirements.
