What do I do if I feel like my ride receipt in inaccurate?

  • A completed trip with be flagged for review if the time and route varies from the recommended/estimated route/time. These trips will automatically be reviewed. UZURV will update the trip fare to make sure you are compensated correctly. Please allow 1-2 days of processing time for our team to complete the adjustment. 

    If you feel like the fare adjustment is still inaccurate, please write in to support@uzurv.com with the following details. 

    If your ride involved a toll road, please send an email to support@uzurv.com that lists:

    • Date of Trip:

    • Time of Trip (including time zone):

    • Rider Name:

  • Issue with Fare:
