What do I do if I feel like my ride receipt in inaccurate?

  • A completed trip with be flagged for review if the time and route varies from the recommended/estimated route/time. These trips will automatically be reviewed. UZURV will update the trip fare to make sure you are compensated correctly. Please allow 1-2 days of processing time for our team to complete the adjustment. 

    If you feel like the fare adjustment is still inaccurate, please write in to with the following details.
