How can I view my previously submitted support requests?

If you have emailed, you can view your previously submitted tickets. 

First, log into your account at the top right of this page. 

If this is your first time logging in, click Get a password. 

Once you are logged in, click the My activities link. 

You will see all requests that you have submitted using this email address. If you want to find out more, click on the subject of the ticket.
