Is UZURV a Transportation Network Company (TNC) like Uber or Lyft?

No, UZURV is not a TNC. UZURV is a reservation services company that works alongside existing TNC systems. We do not transport passengers and receive no compensation for transporting passengers. UZURV charges a service fee for the reservation only, not the ride itself.

A rider must have a separate account with a TNC in order to make a UZURV reservation.  At the designated time of the reservation, a rider must use a TNC account to arrange for the ride itself using the TNC’s digital platform. Drivers then accept rides using that same platform. It is against UZURV’s terms and policies (and illegal!) for any driver to arrange or accept rides without using a TNC’s system.
